Corr Wireless is committed to provide service to all customers making a reasonable request for service. In certain areas, we have been designated as an eligible telecommunications carrier enabling access to federal universal service support funding to assist in responding to requests for service. You have reported your premises is located in an area with inadequate signal coverage from our existing network coverage. Please complete and return the enclosed Request for Service form to enable us to explore various ways to provide service to you.
Within 60 days of our receipt of the Request for Service form, we will evaluate various options and alternatives to determine if service can be provided within a reasonable period of time and at a reasonable cost. We will consider:
- Modifying or replacing your equipment;
- Deploying a roof-mounted antenna or other equipment at the premises;
- Adjusting the nearest cell tower;
- Adjusting the network or your facilities;
- Reselling services from another carrier’s facilities; or
- Deploying, leasing or constructing an additional cell site, cell extender, repeater or other similar equipment.
As noted in the Request for Service form, you may be responsible for costs associated with the service extension, in addition to other regular charges associated with the selected rate plan. For example, upgrading or replacing the equipment may cost you between $300.00 and $600.00, while a roof-mounted antenna may cost up to $2,000.00 excluding installation charges. Any such additional charges to extend service will be disclosed in advance for you to decide whether to accept or withdraw the Request for Service. Additionally, some service extension solutions, such as network adjustments or building a new cell site, will take additional time before service can be provided.
